Kimetsu no Yaiba: Tanjiro＆Nezuko Seiyuu React to the Finale
Kimetsu no Yaiba, also known as Demon Slayer, came to an end in Weekly Shonen Jump Issue #24 2020, which was released on May 18, 2020. On that day, a bunch of people tweeted about Kimetsu no Yaiba and it got Kimetsu no Yaiba Final Chapter trending on Twitter in Japan. Hanae Natsuki, the voice actor of the protagonist Kamado Tanjiro, and Kito Akari, the voice actress of the protagonist’s sister Kamado Nezuko, were one of them.
Hanae Natsuki posted a photo of biscuits to express his appreciation for the work on Twitter. A Japanese word, Arigatou-gozaimashita, which means Thank You, is handwritten on a square biscuit. Since the author of the manga, Gotouge Koyoharu, depicts herself as a green crocodile wearing a pair of glass, there is a lovely crocodile on a round biscuit. “I worked only on the letters😂” he tweeted.
Kito Akari tweeted briefly: Jump…Tears…
Kimetsu no Yaiba official account stated that the work reached the final chapter on that day and expressed gratitude to fans: Thank you to all of you for your support. We’d appreciate it if you could see Tanjiro and the others to the end.
To conclude the post, a special header of Tanjiro and Nezuko, packed with characters’ words was offered.
