Itou Miku (Miku Nakano VA) Cuts Her Hair and Donates It

Itou Miku tweeted on September 18, that she cut her hair and donated it to make wigs for sick children. She stated that she had been growing her hair for 2 years before she donated it. Also, she said in her tweet that this was the first time her hair was this short.

In her blog, she said that she was praised for having beautiful hair by her family and friends and she thought of donating it. Furthermore, she only knew about hair donation 2 years ago, and she said she was ashamed of herself. She then thought of how wonderful it is to donate hair to the kids who have illnesses or accidents. Miku is also thrilled to hear a lot of positive comments on what she did. Itou Miku is known for her role as Miku Nakano from Quintessential Quintuplets. She also voiced Kokoro Tsurumaki from Bandori and Yuriki Nanao from Mirishita. She is currently a member of the idol unit Pyxis, together with Toyota Moe. Like Miku, Aoi Koga (Kaguya Shinomiya VA) also donated her hair to charity last month.
