Classroom of the Elite Season 2 released episode 6 this Monday, and we got to see a bit of the protagonist Kiyotaka Ayanokoji’s plan. While Suzune went to convince Sudo to return and help their class, we see Kiyotaka talk to Kikyo and directly tells her he knows that she’s the traitor. She tries to act her way out, but he gives her no way out after suggesting he ask Chabashira whether anyone wanted to check the form after they submitted it. She threatens him again with the fingerprints she forced on herself back in season 1, though Kiyotaka is unfazed.
Kikyo’s goal is to get Suzune expelled, and she adds Kiyotaka on the list as well. Meanwhile, Suzune manages to convince Sudo to return after waiting for him in front of the elevator and then explaining her own struggle with her genius brother. She relates herself to him, and promises to help him in return for his own help. Both of these moments were interesting, but the most exciting part began when Manabu came to Kiyotaka. They were both participating in the final event, where Kiyotaka signed up along with Kikyo. Manabu talks about how something about their class changed, and gets a response that it was due to his sister, Suzune. Kiyotaka challenges him to a race, which Manabu accepts. His teammate comes way before Kikyo, who was probably sabotaging it on purpose. However, Manabu has no interest in anyone else, and coldly waits until Kiyotaka can also run.

They blast through the competition, and Kiyotaka notes that he’d never in his life run at his full strength in public. While we didn’t see the end of the race, the school council president won after someone apparently fell in front of Kiyotaka. It was still enough for everyone in Class D to be impressed, and it seems like enthusiasm returned for the time being. After this, we see Suzune go and confront Kikyo and Ryuen. Kikyo tries to learn whether Kiyotaka had talked, but Suzune reveals that she remembered her from middle school. It seems that Kikyo has a dark history, and she doesn’t want anyone finding out. Suzune tries get out of the blackmail by recording Ryuen talking about his plot, but he pulls one over by having said that it was all hypothetical and recording the conversation on his own.
However, at the end, he receives a voice message and realizes that everything had been planned. Kiyotaka had already told Kei that Class D would produce a traitor, and it seems like he’d been planning on this to strengthen their class since the last exam. Ryuen realizes that he’s up against someone ‘special’ and that his own class has a traitor. We don’t know yet who it was or why, but it’s sure that Kiyotaka still has more cards to play on his way to Class A.
