Daemons of the Shadow Realm anime revealed four additional cast members including the voice actors behind Tenaga and Ashinaga. The announcement was made following the premiere of Episode 9 “Embrace and Whisper.”
Studio BONES FILM is in charge of the animation, with the anime set to run for two consecutive cours. It’s streaming on Crunchyroll. The new voice cast includes:
- Yu Shimamura as Natsuki Kuroya
- Hayato Fujii as Fuyuki Kuroya
- Ako Mayama as Tenaga (“Long-Arm”)
- Shigeru Chiba as Ashinaga (“Long-Leg”)
The director of the anime is the Sword of the Stranger director, Masahiro Ando. The voice cast includes:
- Kensho Ono as Yuru
- Yume Miyamoto as Asa
- Yuichi Nakamura as Dera
- Misaki Kuno as Gabu-chan
- Junichi Suwabe as Jin Kagemori
- Miyuri Shimabukuro as Hana
- Takako Honda as Left
- Rikiya Koyama as Right

Daemons of the Shadow Realm is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Hiromu Arakawa (Fullmetal Alchemist). It has been serialized in Square Enix’s Monthly Shonen Gangan since December 2021. Square Enix is also releasing it in English. They describe the story:
