I Got a Cheat Skill in Another World and Became Unrivaled in the Real World, Too (Iseleve) Season 2 anime was officially announced at AnimeJapan 2026. The news came ahead of the special, which will premiere tomorrow in Japan. Studio Millepensee was previously confirmed to be returning for the special, along with the director Shin Itagaki and character designer Hiromi Kimura.
A preview for the episode was previously revealed, and it featured three new cast members, including:
- Marina Inoue as an unidentified character who plays a key role in the story
- Kenta Miyake as Gilbert Pfister, known as the “Fist Saint”
- Shigeru Chiba as Oma, the “Genesis Dragon”

It has been published under Fujimi Shobo’s Fujimi Fantasia Bunko imprint since 2018. Yen Press licensed both the light novel and its manga adaptation in English. They describe the story:
“EVERYONE NEEDS A HERO — Demons and corrupt fallen deities have been causing trouble in the other world, so Yuuya could use a break.
