Love Live! Hasunosora Girls’ High School Idol Club is getting a TV anime set to debut in January 2027.
Three new characters have also been introduced:
- Maika
- Aoi
- Mion
The previously announced movie of the group is set to premiere on May 8, 2026. Go Kurosaki is directing the movie at Sublimation with Fumiaki Maruto writing the script, Haruko Iizuka designing the characters, and Yoshiaki Fujisawa composing the music. The main cast consists of:
- Nozomi Nirei as Kaho Hinoshita
- Kokona Nonaka as Sayaka Murano
- Niina Hanamiya as Kozue Otomune
- Kotoko Sasaki as Tsuzuri Yūgiri
- Kanna Kan as Rurino Osawa
- Kona Tsukine as Megumi Fujishima
- Hina Sakurai as Ginko Momose
- Fuka Hayama as Kosuzu Kachimachi
- Rin Kurusu as Hime Anyōji
- Miu Miyake as Ceras Yanagida Lilienfeld
- Amane Shindo as Izumi Katsuragi

The Hasunosora Girls’ High School Idol Club is part of the Link! Like! Love Live! project, which is centered around a smartphone application that launched on April 15, 2023. The members are introduced and developed within the app, which includes interactive storytelling, live 3D performances, and social media-style engagement with the idols. They made their musical debut with the song “Dream Believers,” which served as their first group single.
