Winner takes all—Aya Endo was voted as this season’s best female seiyuu! Her endearing performances as Mio Takiyama and Reine Murasame in Date A Live V captivated audiences, making her the clear frontrunner. Her talent and exceptional skill pulled the trigger on her dicey victory.
Ai Kayano‘s exuberant and dramatic acting secured her a top-two spot. With her standout roles as Darkness in KonoSuba Season 3 and Sylphiette in Mushoku Tensei Season 2 Part 2, she proved herself to be one of the best currently active seiyuus.
In third place is none other than the prolific Kana Hanazawa. Her voice this season was brimming with warmth and charm as she brought to life Hotaru Hinase in A Condition Called Love, Mitsuri Kanroji in Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Hashira Training Arc, Mayumi Saegusa in The Irregular at Magic High School Season 3, Licia Pleide in As a Reincarnated Aristocrat, I’ll Use My Appraisal Skill to Rise in the World.

After voicing Shido Itsuka for more than a decade and not placing in the top 5 last season, Nobunaga Shimazaki has won a well-deserved title of the Best Male Seiyuu of the Season! His performance in Date A Live V was over the top in the best way, but he didn’t stop there. He further showcased his incredible talent in Wind Breaker as Hayato Suou, God’s Game We Play as Fay Theo Philus, Oblivion Battery as Shunpei Chihaya, and I Was Reincarnated as the 7th Prince So I Can Take My Time Perfecting My Magical Ability as Jade.
Taking the runner-up spot, Kengo Kawanishi dazzled audiences with his brilliant performances as Soshiro Hoshina in Kaiju No. 8 and Muichiro Tokito in Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Hashira Training Arc. His unique voice brought depth to each character ensuring his place as one of the best seiyuus of the season.
Following him, Hiro Shimono‘s dedication to his roles, including his Takigyo (waterfall meditation) training paid off. He amazed fans by voicing two contrasting characters: the fiery Dabi in My Hero Academia Season 7 and the timid yet brave Zenitsu Agatsuma in Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Hashira Training Arc.
