The cast of the series includes:

Takayoshi Nagatomo is directing the anime at studio Lapin Track, and Teruko Utsumi is in charge of the series composition. Miyakomako is on character designs with Naho Kozono as the supporting character designer and chief animation director.
The opening theme song “Lose the frames” is performed by noa while the ending theme song “Pure feat. Eriko Hashimoto,” is performed by PAS TASTA.
You and I Are Polar Opposites was originally published as a one-shot on Shueisha’s Shonen Jump+ in January 2021, before getting serialized on the same website starting in May 2022. The manga is available on the MANGA Plus website, which describes its story:
