Aggretsuko Season 5 is coming to Netflix in February 2023, and it will be the anime show’s final season. The announcement was made at the Netflix TUDUM 2022 event, and you can check out some preview images below:

The first season of Aggretsuko (Aggressive Retsuko) aired back in Spring 2018, with the second season following a year later in 2019. Season 3 came was released in 2020, while season 4 came in December last year.. The franchise also has a Christmas special from 2018. All of these are available on Netflix. The anime also has a web anime, that aired from 2016 to 2018. The anime had 100 1-minute episodes.
Studio Fanworks animated both the Netflix version and the web series. Rarecho, who was also behind Retsuko’s metal voice, wrote and directed the first 4 seasons.
Kaolip voices the protagnoist Retsuko Rina Inoue, Maki Tsuruta, Chiharu Sasa, Souta Arai, Yuki Takahashi, and Shingo Katou are also starring in the anime. Netflix describes the story:
Frustrated with her thankless office job, Retsuko the Red Panda copes with her daily struggles by belting out death metal karaoke after work.
