Dead Dead Demon’s Dededede Destruction Releases Trailer for Part 2

The Dead Dead Demon’s Dededede Destruction anime film has released a trailer for its second part, which will be released on May 24 in Japan. The first part of the film was already previously released on March 22. It was also revealed that the film will have an original ending supervised by original author Inio Asano.

Studio Production +h animated both films under the direction of Tomoyuki Kurokawa. Reiko Yoshida wrote the scripts while Taro Umebayashi composed the music. Nobutake Ito also served as the character designer and chief animation director. The cast lineup for the films includes:

The Dead Dead Demon’s Dededede Destruction anime films are based on a manga series by Inio Asano. It was serialized in Shogakukan’s Big Comic Spirits magazine from April 2014 to February 2022 and had a total of 12 volumes. The film marks Asano’s first work to be adapted into anime. VIZ Media licensed the manga in English and described the plot as:
The Japan Self-Defense Forces are combatting an alien threat. Meanwhile, Kadode Koyama and Ouran Nakagawa are tracking the alien’s movements on social media when they should really be studying.
