Upcoming The Iceblade Sorcerer Shall Rule the World anime has revealed a trailer and additional cast members on Thursday. The ending theme song, which can be heard in the trailer, was also announced and it is titled “Loudhailer” and performed by Maaya Uchida. The anime is scheduled to premiere in January 2023.

The series announced the adaptation in April. Studio Cloud Hearts is animating the anime with Masahiro Takata acting as the director, scriptwriter, and sound director of the series. Makoto Shimojima is designing the characters while Saiki Tatsuhiko and Tabuchi Natsumi are composing the music. The previously announced main cast includes Junya Enoki as Ray White, Iori Saeki as Amelia Rose, and Nana Harumura as Elisa Griffith.
The anime adaptation is based on the light novel written by Nana Mikoshiba. The story was initially launched in October 2019 on the Shosetsuka ni Naro website and was later acquired by Kodansha. It was published with illustrations by Riko Korie in July 2020. A manga adaptation illustrated by Norihito Sasaki began in June 2020. Kodansha USA is licensing the manga in English and describes the first volume as:
