Limited-time Demon Slayer Attraction To Open at Universal Studios Japan

The Demon Slayer limited-time attraction is coming out at Universal Studios Japan. The Demon Slayer limited-time attraction will be open from September 17, 2021 to February 13, 2022.

The attraction promises visitors an experience where you’ll experience the world of Demon Slayer with your whole body. Additionally, the theme park explains that audiences will feel the breath of Tanjiro and other characters while experiencing a world that only happens in the attraction.

Unfortunately, there is no further information regarding the attraction at the moment. Universal Studios Japan also reopened its doors on June 26 and included attractions like Super Nintendo World.

The attraction’s duration is subject to change.

Recently, Demon Slayer has gotten much traction. The movie reached the top on both Oricon’s Weekly DVD Rankings and Weekly Blu-ray Rankings. The Demon Slayer film went roughly 486,000 copies on both Blu-Ray and DVD.

Additionally, the film has made $40 million at the North American box office. What’s more, the film has beaten Spirited Away as the highest-earning film in Japanese box office history.

Lastly, the story of Demon Slayer is as follows:

It is the Taisho Period in Japan. Tanjiro, a kindhearted boy who sells charcoal for a living, finds his family slaughtered by a demon. To make matters worse, his younger sister Nezuko, the sole survivor, has been transformed into a demon herself.

Though devastated by this grim reality, Tanjiro resolves to become a “demon slayer” so that he can turn his sister back into a human, and kill the demon that massacred his family.
