Love Live Nijigasaki Trilogy Movie Reveals Teaser Visual and Video for Part 1

The upcoming Love Live Nijigasaki trilogy movie, titled Love Live Nijigasaki High School Idol Club – Final Chapter, revealed a teaser visual and video for the first part. The latest visual features 6 out of the 13 members of the Nijigasaki High School Idol Club. The first part of the trilogy premieres on September 6, 2024, in Japanese theaters.

Studio Sunrise is animating the movie with Tomoyuki Kawamura as the director. Takumi Yokota is in charge of character designs while Naoki Endo is composing the music. The cast will reprise their roles:

Love Live! Nijigasaki High School Idol Club is a spin-off project of Love Live! idol franchise. The first season premiered in October 2020 while the second season aired in April 2022. An OVA premiered last June 23.

Crunchyroll is streaming the first and second seasons of Love Live Nijigasaki School Idol Club anime and they describe it as:
Nijigasaki High School is known for their diverse subjects and the freedom they give to students. Second-year student Yu Takasaki has been turned on to the charms of school idols, so she knocks on the door of the School Idol Club with her friend, Ayumu Uehara. Sometimes friends, sometimes rivals, the members of this club each contribute their own thoughts and motivations to the group.
