Miss Kuroitsu from the Monster Development Department episode 2, which was set to air on January 15, was delayed to January 22 following a volcano eruption in Tonga, which led to a tsunami warning in Japan. All subsequent episodes will also follow the new schedule, with episode 3 airing on January 29 (previously set for the 22nd).
The anime premiered on January 8, 2022. Studio Quad is animating it, under Hisashi Saito’s direction. Kazuya Morimae did character designs, while Manzo composed the music.

The anime is based on Hiroaki Mizusaki’s manga, which has been serialized since April 2019. It currently has 16 chapters, compiled into 2 volumes. Miss Kuroitsu manga hasn’t been licensed in English yet.
Crunchyroll is streaming the anime and describes the plot as:
Touka Kuroitsu, an assistant in evil secret society Agastia’s monster development department, must do whatever she can to push a project proposal through.
Miss Kuroitsu from the Monster Development Department isn’t the only anime to get delayed after the tsunami warning that followed the Tonga volcano eruption. Earlier this week, World Trigger’s official Twitter revealed that episode 14 of the third season would air on January 22.
