Rifujin na Magonote’s Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation light novel has reached 8.5 million copies in circulation. The news was announced in the MF books 8th-anniversary event, held on August 15, 2021. You can watch the special program below:

Volume 25 of the light novel will come out in Japan on September 25, 2021.
Rifujin na Magonote launched the novel Mushoku Tensei in November 2012 until April 2015 with a total of 25 volumes. Media Factory started publishing a light novel adaptation of it in January 2014. The light novel is still ongoing and currently has 24 volumes.
Later on, an anime adaptation of the novel aired in Winter 2021 season with a total of 11 episodes. In the same month of the anime’s premiere, it was also reported that the light novel copies of Mushoku Tensei exceeded 5.6 million in circulation. Part 2 of the series will premiere in October of the same year.
Studio Bind, the one who animated the first part of the anime will still take care of its production. Manabu Okamoto (Storyboard of Akame Ga Kill), is also back in directing the show.
