My Hero Academia Season 5 Gets Release Date

Season 5 of “My Hero Academia” has set the release date to March 27, 2021. It was previously announced that it would premiere in Spring next year. The official key visual for the new season:

Judging by the trailer, it will likely animate the Joint Training Arc, though it might go into the Meta Liberation Army Arc as well. You can watch the latest trailer:

I guess everyone already knows it at this point, but the synopsis of the story goes:

“Izuku has dreamt of being a hero all his life—a lofty goal for anyone, but especially challenging for a kid with no superpowers. That’s right, in a world where eighty percent of the population has some kind of super-powered “quirk,” Izuku was unlucky enough to be born completely normal. But that’s not enough to stop him from enrolling in one of the world’s most prestigious hero academies.”

The official announcement for the release date of season 5 for My Hero Academia is likely to come soon as well. Maybe we also get a new visual or trailer, and we’ll be sure update!

There is also a winter event currently ongoing in Japan. More about that here!
