Episode 5 of My Home Hero revealed a preview, just ahead of the April 30 at 22:30 PM (JST) premiere.
After Tetsuo Tosu’s action with yakuza member Kyoichi went horribly wrong during episode 4, they get saved by yakuza boss Kubo. However, they find themselves in a much harder situation after Kubo discovers something on film, despite not saying what it is. Tosu, fearing that he may face the consequence of not “finding” Nobuto, devises a new plan with her wife Kasen. As there are three days left before the yakuza come back to them, Tetsuo finally enlists the help of Toshi Tabata, a university student, to create a new excuse…

The My Home Hero anime is based on a manga of the same name by Naoki Yamakawa and illustrated by Masashi Asaki. It is being serialized in Kodansha’s Weekly Young Magazine and is currently on its seventh volume. Kodansha USA has licensed the manga in English, describing it as:
