The final moments of the Demon Slayer: Swordsmith Village arc, featuring “Nezuko Kamado no Uta” (Nezuko’s Song) are now available on ufotable’s YouTube channel with lyrics. If you haven’t finished the third season of the Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba anime or read the manga, keep in mind that the clip contains heavy spoilers.
“Nezuko Kamado no Uta” was composed and arranged by Go Shiina and features vocals by Nami Nakagawa. Ufotable is credited for the lyrics. The song was featured in episode 11 of the Swordsmith Village Arc anime – overall the third season of the Demon Slayer franchise.
Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – Swordsmith Village Arc aired throughout the Spring 2023 anime season. Although the season had 11 episodes, the final one was an hour-long special. Akari Kito and Natsuki Hanae reprised their roles as the Kamado siblings, Nezuko and Tanjiro.
Demon Slayer is based on a manga by Koyoharu Gotoge. It ran from 2016 to 2020 in the Weekly Shonen Jump and ended after 205 chapters, compiled into 23 volumes. It received an anime adaptation by studio ufotable in 2019.
The first season had 26 episodes and was followed by Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – Mugen Train movie in 2020. The movie was an enormous success, both in Japan and overseas. Season 2 of Demon Slayer started in October of 2021 with a TV version of the Mugen Train arc. The movie was adapted into 7 episodes and it included a special first episode that wasn’t part of the movie. The second part of the second season was the Entertainment District Arc, which introduced a new Hashira – Tengen Uzui. The fourth season, which will focus on the Hashira Training Arc, has been announced.
