Ranking of Kings Ending Theme Song by yama Releases Full Version in Music Video

The Ranking of Kings anime ending by yama has released a music video with the full version of the song. Titled “Oz” the video shows Bojji and Kage forming their bond, much like what we saw in episode 2. You can watch the video on yama’s official YouTube channel below:

It fits the anime perfectly, and it makes for 2/2 theme songs we can’t skip! Bojji’s road to becoming the greatest king will probably make us cry more, but it’s a must watch anime this season. It will have 23 episodes, with 2 released as of October 22.

Funimation streams the anime, and they describe the story:

The story centers around Bojji, a deaf, powerless prince who cannot even wield a children’s sword, and so as the firstborn son, he strives hard and dreams of becoming the world’s greatest king. However, people mutter about him behind his back as “a good-for-nothing prince” and “no way he can be king.”

Bojji is able to make his first ever friend, “Kage” (shadow)—a literal shadow on the ground who somehow understands Bojji well. (Kage is a survivor of the Kage assassin clan that was all but wiped out. Since no longer a killer, Kage now makes ends meet by stealing.) The story follows Bojji’s coming-of-age as he meets various people in his life, starting with his fateful encounter with Kage.

The Ranking of Kings ending theme song by yama is just as precious as the opening by King Gnu, and WIT Studio is in charge of the production. Once again, if you haven’t given the anime a try, I can’t recommend it enough. It also has 2 must-protect main characters with a lot of interesting cast that’s yet to be introduced. If you enjoy the 2nd episode, you can vote for it to help its rank in Week 4.
