The Iceblade Sorcerer Reveals Non-Credit Opening and Ending

The Iceblade Sorcerer Shall Rule the World anime premiered today and it revealed the non-credit versions of the opening and ending. The opening theme song is Sizuk’s “Dystopia”:

Maaya Uchida is singing “Loudhailer,” which is the ending theme song as previously announced:

Studio CLOUD HEARTS is animating the series, with Masahiro Takata, who is directing the anime and also writing the script. Makoto Shimojima is designing the characters while Saiki Tatsuhiko and Tabuchi Natsumi are composing the music Cast for the The Iceblade Sorcerer Shall Rule the World anime includes:

The anime is based on a light novel by Nana Mikoshiba. The story was originally published in 2019 on the Shosetsuka ni Naro website, which allows writers to post their content. Kodansha later picked it up and has been serializing it in their Kodansha Lanove Bunko imprint since July of 2020. A manga adaptation of the work by Norihito Sasaki has been ongoing in Magazine Pocket since June 2019.

Kodansha US licensed the manga and describes the plot as:
The Arnold Academy of Magic is a school for the elite…and Ray White is just your ordinary guy. In fact, he doesn’t seem particularly skilled with magic at all, and is a bit of a klutz. Which is why he has nothing to do with the rumor that one of the great magicians, the Iceblade Sorcerer, is a member of the incoming class…right?
