The isekai light novel series The Weakest Tamer Began a Journey to Pick Up Trash (Saijaku Tamer wa Gomihiroi no Tabi o Hajimemashita) is getting an anime adaptation. The official website of the anime series also revealed a main visual. The staff, cast, and release date are yet to be announced.
The upcoming TV anime Weakest Tamer Began a Journey to Pick Up Trash is based on the light novel written by Honobonoru500 and illustrated by Nama. The series originally started on the Shosetsuka ni Naro website in November 2018. TO Books picked it up in 2019 and is publishing the series in print. Its first volume was released in November 2019 and it currently has 7 volumes in circulation. A manga adaptation by Fukino which has 3 volumes was launched on TO Books’ web manga site Comic Corona in February 2020.
