YouTube Decided to Censor All Fan-Service In Fuuka

Fuuka, an anime adaptation of the manga under the same name, is a drama/romance series revolving around music. The series also had a fair bit of ecchi included! Although it wasn’t anything serious, it seems that YouTube didn’t like it too much and decided to censor Fuuka. Recently, all of Fuuka episodes got uploaded to the official Weekly Shounen Magazine YouTube channel. Unfortunately, there are no English subtitles available at the time of writing this article.

For an example, you can check the first episode below:

Did you notice that something isn’t quite right in the anime upload? You are right! Just as we mentioned above, YouTube didn’t quite like the ecchi parts in Fuuka and decided to censor them. What’s more, the censorship is as simple as it can get – big black recktangles placed on characters. You can some of the screenshots below in case you didn’t want to watch the episode above:

Also, in case you don’t know what Fuuka is about, you can read the synopsis below:

Yuu Haruna just moved into town and loves to use Twitter. Out on his way to buy dinner, he bumps into a mysterious girl, Fuuka Akitsuki, who breaks his phone thinking he was trying to take a picture of her panties. How will his new life change now?
