Spring 2022 anime season is behind us and as always, Anime Corner took the time to allow followers and readers to choose their favorite characters of the season, two of which would get to hold the Best Boy and Best Girl titles. When compared to the Best Spring 2022 Anime chart, these results are somewhat unexpected, especially when it comes to the winners. Although Kaguya-sama: Love Is War – Ultra Romantic won the title of best anime, its protagonists didn’t get the same honor, even though they appeared in the top 3. Not to waste any more of your time – let’s take a look at the full results!
Loid’s charm got him first place, with a slight advantage compared to the second-ranked Miyuki Shirogane. Yu Ishigami, who is as relatable as always, ranked third. Tadano was 4th, while Shido Itsuka’s sacrifices got him fifth place.

Date a Live’s Kurumi came out of nowhere and secured the title of the best girl. The fourth season of the anime started off slowly, but after Kurumi’s appearance near the finale, it skyrocketed on Anime Corner’s charts. Yor Forger attracted a lot of attention throughout the season and managed to rank second. Kaguya’s confession earned her third place, and she is followed by the adorably smug Anya and the blunt Ai Hayasaka.
