The Beyblade X TV anime project, which was announced earlier this year, is scheduled to premiere this fall. The premiere is nearing, the anime project revealed the star-studded lineup of performers behind its opening and ending themes.
“Prove” by Japanese rock band ONE OK ROCK will be featured as the anime’s opening theme. It was first released as one of the tracks from the band’s tenth studio album Luxury Disease in September 2022. While some live-action anime films have previously used the band’s songs as theme songs, this is the band’s first time with a television anime series. Additionally, the Korean quartet aespa prepared a new song “ZOOM ZOOM” as the ending theme for Beyblade X. It is available for pre-add on Apple Music and other music streaming platforms. Watch the girl group’s greeting video here:
The anime will start broadcasting on TV Tokyo starting October 6, as it is produced both by BBX Project and TV Tokyo. OLM will be handling the animation production. Homura Kawamoto (Kakegurui), Hikaru Muno (High Card), Posuka Demizu (The Promised Neverland) are credited as the original creators with the launch of the Beyblade X manga in Shogakukan’s monthly manga magazine, Coro Coro Comics, in June.
