BLEACH: Thousand Year Blood War Arc (TYBWA) anime has finally received its teaser trailer, key visual and the release date at the currently ongoing Jump Festa 2022. The event began with an overview trailer, showing the events of the TV anime so far. It will cover the entire final arc of the manga. The sequel will release in October 2022.

Studio Pierrot also produced the original anime adaptation of Tite Kubo’s manga, and it aired between October 2004 and March 2012 with a total of 366 episodes. Meanwhile, VIZ Media licensed the manga in English, and they describe the TYBW story:

BLEACH: Thousand-Year Blood War Arc (TYBWA) will release exactly 18 years after the anime originally started, and over 10 years since its ending, and the trailer and visual have only given us a taste of the continuation.
