Blue Lock Episode 5 Preview Images Revealed

The preview images for episode 5 of Blue Lock were revealed on Wednesday. Episode 5 titled “Reborn” will air on Saturday, November 5. Crunchyroll is streaming the anime with English subtitles.

Last week, Blue Lock proved that its wide range of characters is a strength that not many other anime from the Fall 2022 season possess. As the series becomes more involved with the characters surrounding Isagi, the more it becomes interesting. Adding intense soccer moments with incredible animation and detailed artwork only adds to the allure that Blue Lock brings to the table this season. And just looking at the preview images for episode 5, it’s easy to see that trend is just going to continue for another week with Blue Lock.

Blue Lock is an anime adaptation of the original manga series written by Muneyuki Kaneshiro and illustrated by Yusuke Nomura which began publishing in 2018 under Weekly Shonen MagazineBlue Lock is directed by Tetsuaki Watanabe and is animated by studio 8bit. Taku Kishimoto is in charge of the series composition and script. Kenji Tanabe and Kento Toya will handle the character designs. And Jun Murayama will produce the soundtrack.

Blue Lock Synopsis

Blue Lock is a direct adaptation of the manga that Kodansha Comics describes as:
After a disastrous defeat at the 2018 World Cup, Japan’s team struggles to regroup. But what’s missing? An absolute Ace Striker, who can guide them to the win. The Japan Football Union is hell-bent on creating a striker who hungers for goals and thirsts for victory, and who can be the decisive instrument in turning around a losing match…and to do so, they’ve gathered 300 of Japan’s best and brightest youth players. Who will emerge to lead the team…and will they be able to out-muscle and out-ego everyone who stands in their way?
