Call of the Night Reveals Creditless Opening Featuring Creepy Nuts' OP Song

Call of the Night revealed a creditless version of the opening theme after the first episode’s premiere earlier today. The theme is titled “Daten” and is performed by Creepy Nuts. The video is now available to watch on Noitamina’s official YouTube page and is also available to stream on multiple streaming platforms.

In addition, the official website of Call of the Night lists the anime for a total of 13 episodes. The first Blu-ray & DVD volume will have six episodes, while the second will have seven episodes.

Studio LIDENFILMS is animating the Call of the Night series. The anime has Tomoyuki Itamura as the director, Tetsuya Miyanishi as the chief animation director, Haruka Sagawa as the character designer, and Michiko Yokote as a scriptwriter. Yoshiaki Dewa is handling the music while Norihiko Yokomatsu is directing the art. The voice cast also includes:

The Call of the Night (Yofukashi no Uta) anime is based on a romance vampire manga by Kotoyama. The manga started serialization in Weekly Shonen Sunday in 2019 and currently has 10 compiled volumes. Viz Media publishes the English versions and describes the plot:

One night, sleepless Yamori slips out of his home to walk the streets of his town. Life after dark is a revelation! Especially when he meets flirtatious Nanakusa… She’s a lot more fun to share the night with than old drunks on park benches. When she invites him to spend the night at her place in an abandoned building, he’s stoked! But then he awakens to kisses on his neck with a little too much bite to them…
