Classroom of the Elite light novel’s illustrator Shunsaku Tomose updated on July 3 his Twitter with an illustration of Kiyotaka Ayanokoji and Kakeru Ryuen in formal clothes that are quite different from school uniform. The anime’s first episode is scheduled to air on July 4 in Japan.
The illustrator captioned the post simply with one emoji of television to mean the anime’s broadcast is approaching. The illustration depicts two characters Kiyotaka Ayanokoji and Kakeru Ryuen standing side by side in formal clothes: The protagonist is looking at the front straight, wearing a white shirt with both sleeves rolled up to elbows, and a black waistcoat with a black necktie. He is loosening up the tie with his right hand, with his left hand in his pocket. The leader of Class C with his slightly long back hair tired up is facing a little bit right, yet his gaze is spot on front. He is also dressed like Ayanokoji, wearing a black jacket over, but without the sleeves rolled. The white letters written in white say “Classroom of the Elite 2nd Season 2022.7.4 ON AIR“.
“The 2nd season of anime ‘Classroom of the Elite’ is finally [starting] tomorrow. I’d like you to check it out!” he stated in a followed post.
