Compass Project Reveals New Anime Trailer, Announces Three Manga Titles

The anime of the Compass mixed media project, #Compass 2.0: Sentou Setsuri Kaiseki System, has released a new trailer. A manga project is also in the works.

The new trailer for the Compass anime project was announced during the project’s event stage at the Nico Nico Super Conference 2023 held on April 30. The cast includes:

  • Sōma Saito as Reiya
  • Sora Amamiya as Jeanne d’Arc
  • Tetsuya Kakihara as Tadaomi Oka
  • Marina Inoue as Matoi Fukagawa
  • Kazuhiro Yamaji as Gustav Heydrich
  • Kana Hanazawa as Amairo Kitsunegasaki

Kadokawa’s Tatesc Comic has announced that the Compass mixed media project will have three manga titles, with manga artists Ryuse, Mano, and Chamooi drawing the full-color manga series featuring the characters Tadaomi Ōka and Gustav Heydrich, Rinne Itomeguri, and Reiya.

The new Compass anime is part of the mixed media project based around the 2020 mobile game #COMPASS—Combat Providence Analysis System. The game is available for both Android and iOS and is developed by NHN PlayArt and Dwango. Said title is a real-time online strategy game in which three players team up and battle against other teams to capture points placed on a virtual map.
