The Dekoboko Majo no Oyako Jijo manga is written and illustrated by Piroya, and it started off as a one-shot on Flex Comix’s Comic Meteor website in July 2018. It has been serialized on the same website since July 2019. The story follows the adventure of a witch named Alyssa, who happens to find a human baby in a forest one day. Despite being confused, she decides to keep the baby and name her Viola. Sixteen years pass and Viola grows into a fine young woman who adores Alyssa as her own mother, even though they are not related by blood. Fun fact: the anime announcement came on May 14, which is celebrated as Mother’s Day.
