Demon Slayer Game Gets PS5, Steam, Xbox One Release

Weekly Shonen Jump’s 10th issue of 2021 revealed a new visual for the Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – Hinokami Keppūtan video game. It was drawn by ufotable, and you can check out the awesome illustration below:

The game will release on Playstation 5, Steam and Xbox One, besides the Playstation 4 which was previously announced. The previously announced release date is 2021, and it is still to debut this year. The game will feature a “Story Mode” that will allow fans to relive the story of the anime, and a “Tag Battle Mode,” which will let players play as various characters. Meanwhile, the franchise continues to sell well. It surpassed 36.8 billion yen last week, and the film is soon to hit overseas theatres. In addition, the author Koyoharu Gotouge has said that a sci-fi story romantic comedy might be next!
