This is coming close to the US premiere of the DRAGON BALL SUPER: SUPER HERO movie, which is scheduled to premiere on August 19. This means we might see Gohan & Piccolo make an appearance, since they are the focus of the movie. Goku and Vegeta are the next obvious picks, but we’ll have to wait for an official update to know for sure.
Crunchyroll describes the story for the latest Dragon Ball movie:
The Red Ribbon Army was once destroyed by Son Goku. Individuals, who carry on its spirit, have created the ultimate Androids, Gamma 1 and Gamma 2. These two Androids call themselves “Super Heroes”. They start attacking Piccolo and Gohan… What is the New Red Ribbon Army’s objective? In the face of approaching danger, it is time to awaken, Super Hero!
