Goodbye, DonGlees: Original Anime Film by Madhouse Announced for 2022

An original feature-length anime film by studio MADHOUSE titled Goodbye, DonGlees, has been announced for 2022. From the team that worked on A Place Further than the Universe, director Ishizuka Atsuko and character designer Yoshimatsu Takahiro, this beautiful anime has only a teaser trailer and visual so far. You can watch that below on Kadokawa’s official YouTube account:

The story will follow 3 boys, who will have a Summer adventure despite “not knowing the world yet”. The voice actors for each one are well known, and the cast includes:

Roma – CV: Natsuki Hanae (Tanjiro, Kaneki Ken, Takumi)

Toto – CV: Yuki Kaji (Eren, Meliodas, Todoroki Shoto)

Drop – CV: Ayumu Murase (Hinata Shoyo, Luck Voltia, Iruma-kun)

There are no details for Goodbye, DonGlees yet besides the 2022 premiere date, and we’ll have to wait for a future update on the anime film.
