Henjin no Salad Bowl Confirms Staff for 2024 Anime Release Date With Teaser Visual

The upcoming Henjin no Salad Bowl (A Salad Bowl of Eccentrics) TV anime revealed a 2024 release date earlier today along with a teaser visual. The anime adapts the light novel of the same name by Hirasaka, author of Haganai: I Don’t Have Many Friends and A Sister’s All You Need. The new visual introduces eccentric protagonists, Sara and Sousuke Kaburaya, running around Gifu City, which marks the setting of the story.

Studios Comet and SynergySP are animating the series and the staff list includes:

Henjin no Salad Bowl began publication in Shogakukan’s Gagaga Bunko imprint in October 2021. Five volumes have been released, with a manga adaptation currently serialized in Shogakukan’s Sunday Webry.

A summary of the story via Gagaga Bunko reads:
The story follows the poor detective Sousuke Kaburaya who meets Sara, a princess from another world who wields magic. Sosuke gradually begins living with Sara, though she adapts to modern-day Japan quickly. Meanwhile. the female knight Livia, who transferred after Sara, lives as a homeless person but enjoys surprisingly enjoyable days. These two have a profound influence on Sousuke and other eccentrics living in the land.
