The creators of the mixed media project High Card announced audio drama plans. In line with the TV anime’s return on January 8, an episode of the audio drama series will also be distributed every Tuesday starting January 9. The audio drama will feature a script penned by one of the project’s original creators, Hikaru Muno, with illustrations drawn by the in-charge of the project’s character designs, Ebimo. The first episode of the audio drama is titled “Let’s ride in an open car,” with an illustration of Finn and Chris in an open car.
New episodes of the High Card audio drama will be distributed every Tuesday at 18:00 (JST) starting January 9. They will be posted on the official KADOKAWA Anime YouTube channel and the official X and TikTok account of High Card.
High Card is an original mixed-media project by Homura Kawamoto, Hikaru Mono, and TMS. It has been adapted to a manga series on August 2022 which was serialized in Square Enix’s online manga magazine Manga UP! and an original novel was decided in the September issue of Monthly Newtype. The anime series by Studio Hibari is returning for its second season on January 8.
