Jujutsu Kaisen: Who-ya Extended Performs VIVID VICE on The First Take

THE FIRST TAKE is a YouTube channel which features artists who sing a song in a single take. In the 110th edition, they featured Who-ya, the vocalist of the band Who-ya Extended, and he sang the 2nd Jujutsu Kaisen opening “VIVID VICE”. The opening was used as the theme song for the 2nd cour of the Jujutsu Kaisen anime, and it was extremely popular. It actually has over 20 million views on YouTube already. You can check out The First Take of “VIVID VICE” below:

The channel previously featured many famous artists, such as LiSA (Sword Art Online, Demon Slayer), YOASOBI (Beastars), Masayuki Suzuki (Kaguya-sama: Love is War), ReoNa (Sword Art Online), among others. You can check out more of them on the official YouTube Channel.’

Jujutsu Kaisen was one of the most popular shows these past 2 seasons. Both its opening songs were amazing, though Who-ya Extended and “VIVID VICE” came to a high bar after the first cour’s “Kaikai Kitan”. It delivered and we look forward to seeing more of the franchise. For now, we have the Volume 0 prequel movie to look forward to, and we might learn more at the special event this June.
