Made in Abyss: The Golden City of the Scorching Sun (Season 2) will end on September 28 with a double-episode finale. The episode will also have a screening event on September 25 in Japan. The second season of the anime premiered on July 6.
Kinema Citrus is animating the sequel to the anime adaptation of Akihito Tsukushi’s manga. Masayuki Kojima is directing, with Hideyuki Kurata in charge of the series composition. Kazuchika Kise and Yuka Kuroda are doing character designs, while Kevin Penkin is returning to compose the music. The main cast returned and now includes:

The finale of Made in Abyss Season 2 should wrap up Riko, Reg, and Nanachi’s adventures on the sixth layer of the Abyss. Vueko and Irumyuui’s story and Faputa’s involvement in the Village of the Hollows will also be revealed. The watch order for Made in Abyss anime is:
