One of the most anticipated shows in the Fall 2021 season, ‘Mieruko-chan‘ anime has finally received its first promotional video. The official website posted it on this day July 16, 2021. Along with the video is the announcement that it will premiere in October 2021.

One day, Miko suddenly started seeing grotesque beings that others couldn’t. Her response was not to run, not to face them, but to do everything she could to completely ignore them! Can she keep a straight face and continue her day-to-day life while surrounded by horrifying monsters?

For those who didn’t know, Tomo Izumi launched the ‘Mieruko-chan‘ manga in November 2018. It is still ongoing and currently has 5 volumes. Kadokawa Shoten is currently publishing it on ComicWalker.
The anime will be directed by Ogawa Yuuki (Seikon no Qwaser II, Saekano). Along with him is Ihara Kenta (Vinland Saga) who is in charge of the script. Also, studio Passione (High School DxD Hero, Citrus) will take care of its animation.
