My Dress-Up Darling Episode 11 - Too Close

My Dress-Up Darling episode 11 is an explosion of hilarious stuff which to be particular, is mostly because of Gojo and Marin’s intimate development. I think we can all agree that it was a lot of energy and it’s kind of nice that this episode strolls into the romantic aspect of the show. It’s been a lot of teasing and then suddenly — we get this one. Because what’s a rom-com experience without putting the love team in an awkward, embarrassing but exciting situation? Honestly, I could just scream from all this sexual tension.

All in all. I think we have CloverWorks to thank for delivering this so entertainingly. That aside though, my favorite detail about My Dress-Up Darling episode 11, and the one I believe is most notable is hands down, Gojo’s dress-making. This episode displayed his flexibility, creativity, and overall cleverness in making the cosplay. It’s amazing, plus the fact that he was able to integrate a few thoughtful and imaginative details from just a chibi character. I love it, just as much as Marin fangirled over it too. Marin looked really pretty!

If you think about it, so much has changed since the first episode. As the series nears an end, I can’t help but feel emotional about it. There’s something so special about where these characters are from. It’s adorable how Marin and Gojo influence each other so much, especially on their character growth into the cosplay hobby. ( I mean, Gojo got into work mode without even thinking. Hehe. ) It’s one of the reasons watching this show is refreshing — it is able to hold their passion is such high regard and in utmost appreciation. It is heartwarming and inspiring. As My Dress-Up Darling episode 11 ended, it really left me feeling very happy (and amused) about it all.

I cannot wait for the series finale! If you enjoyed the episode, don’t forget to vote for this anime in our weekly polls! The next episode will air on SaturdayMarch 26, at 24:00 JST. The English subtitled versions will also be available later on Crunchyroll, Funimation, and Bilibili in select regions.
