My Dress Up Darling Season 2 Unveils Episode 3 Preview

My Dress-Up Darling Season 2 unveiled the preview images, main staff, and synopsis for episode 3 on Wednesday. Yoriko Tomita (Sugar Apple Fairy Tale) is writing the script for the episode, while Tomoki Yoshikawa (Revue Starlight The Movie key animation) is directing and handling the storyboard. Crunchyroll will stream the episode, premiering on Saturday, July 19.

Episode 3 synopsis:
Marin and Wakana deepen their appreciation for the depth and enjoyment of cosplay as they learn about Amane’s techniques and particular attention to detail in cross-dressing makeup. To the two of them, Amane shares the reason why they started cosplaying. Some time after this new encounter, Wakana ends up accompanying Marin to a photoshoot for a magazine where she works as a reader model.

The anime is adapted from the manga series by Shinichi Fukuda, which ran from January 2018 until March 2025 with a total of 14 volumes. The first season aired from January 2022 until March 2022 with 12 episodes. CloverWorks is animating both seasons.
