My Hero Academia Author Draws Ochako, Himiko, Tsuyu and Rumi in School Uniform

My Hero Academia manga author, Kohei Horikoshi posted an illustration of Ochako Uraraka, Himiko Toga, Tsuyu Asui and Rumi Usagiyama wearing UA High School’s uniform for the release of the series’ 35th volume on July 4.

Ochako Uraraka and Tsuyu Asu are UA High School students, but the other two, villain Himiko Toga and pro hero Rumi Usagiyama are not. The colored drawing depicts all of the four in the high school’s uniform, a white shirt with a red necktie and a deep green skirt: Ochako Uraraka is sitting on a chair, with her right hand holding a bottle that has a label saying 35, the number of the manga’s volume. In addition, she put her hair up. She is talking to Himiko Toga, who is lying on a desk with her head on Uraraka’s lap while touching her hair. Kneeling behind them is Rumi Usagiyama with long rabbit ears looking back placing her left elbow on Uraraka’s left shoulder. Watching the three of them and sitting in a frog-like pose is Tsuyu Asui. Her long hair is tied up at the back.

The illustration says “My Hero Academia Volume 35 July 4 Release” in the upper right and also comes with “Watashi no Hero Jogakuin #1” in the upper left, which seems to be a parody of the manga’s title My Hero Academia and literally says “My Hero Girls’ Academia #1“.

My Hero Academia Volume 35 is on sale today, and the cover is white!” My Hero Academia author captioned the post. “Also, I will have a break next week again, I’m sorry about that. Thank you!” he added. The protagonist Izuku Midoriya in the upper half and villain Tomura Shigaraki in the lower half are reaching their hands out for the center where the logo is placed on the volume’s cover. The background is white, as Kohei Horikoshi tweets.
