One Piece Live-Action First Trailer Released, Netflix Premiere on August 31

The ONE PIECE live-action series has revealed the first trailer at TUDUM 2023, as well as an August 31 Netflix premiere. It will have 8 episodes, and Eiichiro Oda himself recently hyped the series. The main cast is attending the event, and you can watch the first ONE PIECE live-action teaser trailer below:

ONE PIECE Live-Action Series – First Trailer | Coming August 31 @ Netflix

The live-action series has Matt Owens (Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., Luke Cage) and Steven Maeda (The X-Files, CSI: Miami, Lost) serving as writers, executive producers, and showrunners. Original creator Eiichiro Oda is also among the show’s executive producers. The main cast for the series includes:

  • Inaki Godoy as Monkey D. Luffy
  • Mackenyu as Roronoa Zoro
  • Emily Rudd as Nami
  • Taz Skylar as Sanji
  • Jacob Romero Gibson as Usopp

The rest of the cast features Morgan Davies as Koby, Ilia Isorelýs Paulino as Alvida, Aidan Scott as Helmeppo, Jeff Ward as Buggy, McKinley Belcher III as Arlong, Vincent Regan as Garp, Peter Gadiot as Shanks, Alexander Maniatis as Klahadore, Steven Ward as Mihawk, Craig Fairbrass as Chef Zeff, Langley Kirkwood as Captain Morgan, Celeste Loots as Kaya, Chioma Umeala as Nojiko.
