AiNA THE END revealed the music video of “Blue Shining Star,” the theme song for ONE PIECE HEROINES, the upcoming TV special based on the ONE PIECE novel HEROINES. The song is also available on digital streaming platforms.
During the FNS Music Festival Summer, an annual music event held by Fuji TV, AiNA THE END performed an early preview of “Blue Shining Star” for fans ahead of the official release on July 1. After the digital release, fans can enjoy the song during ONE PIECE HEROINES‘s premiere on July 5.
The music video was directed Keiju Itai. As a key feature of all AiNA THE END music videos, the artist accompanies the song with her acting and dancing.
The artist, who also wrote the lyrics and composed the music in collaboration with producer Ryosuke “Dr. R” Sakai, has commented on the song:
I have been chosen to perform the theme song for ONE PIECE HEROINES, an anime that highlights the charm of the heroines from ONE PIECE. With this song, ‘Blue Shining Star,’ I wanted to portray women who possess strength while also finding a way to break free from the difficulties they face in life. It’s an upbeat and rhythmic song that’s fun to dance to, so I hope everyone enjoys it together with the anime.
“Blue Shining Star” marks the second AiNA THE END’s theme song for the One Piece franchise, since the artist also performed the opening theme for One Piece Elbaf Arc.

AiNA THE END started her career as a member of the punk band BiSH in 2015. After the group’s disbandment, AiNA THE END continued her solo career until today. Her work includes songs written and composed by her, while she demonstrates her stunning dancing skills in every one of her concerts.
Among her anime songs are popular themes for anime such as Mononoke The Movie trilogy (including the theme song for the last movie released this year), Mobile Suit Gundam: The Witch from Mercury, The Apothecary Diaries, Dan Da Dan, and One Piece.

About ONE PIECE HEROINES – Nami Story
After buying a pair of shoes that end up hurting her feet, Nami returns to the shop feeling dissatisfied. There, she meets Lebno, the designer, who tells her, “I’ll make you a brand-new pair from scratch—but only if you’ll be my model.” The shoes are crafted by the artisan Miucha, leading to an unexpected and stylish encounter.
