Original Anime The Marginal Service Gets Teaser Visual and Trailer, Set for 2023

Cygames’ original anime The Marginal Service has revealed a teaser visual and trailer, along with information about the staff and cast. Studio 3Hz’s is in charge of the animation, and the premiere date is set for 2023.

The newly-released teaser visual shows the characters standing in full nudity with only their lower parts censored with a yellow “WOW! WARNING” text on a thick red line.

Cautious Hero: The Hero Is Overpowered but Overly Cautious‘s director Masayuki Sakoi is directing the anime along with the same show’s scriptwriter Kenta Inohara in charge of the script. Yoshio Kozakai, who was the character designer in studio 3Hz’s work Sword Art Online Alternative Gun Gale Online with the director, is the character designer for the original anime.

The cast members were announced without revealing their roles.

  • Tomokazu Sugita (Gintoki Sakata in Gintama and Joseph Joestar in JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure)
  • Yuichi Nakamura (Satoru Gojo in Jujutsu Kaisen and Tatsuya Shiba in The Irregular at Magic High School)
  • Kaori Nazuka (Uta in One Piece Film Red and Eureka in Eureka Seven)
  • Shinichiro Miki (Roy Mustang in Fullmetal Alchemist and Deshu Kaiki in Monogatari series)
  • Mamoru Miyano (Light Yagami in Death Note and Rintaro Okabe in Steins;Gate)
  • Toshiyuki Morikawa (Yoshikage Kira in JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure Part 4: Diamond Is Unbreakable and Bondrewd in Made in Abyss)
