Redo of Healer episode 2 aired on January 20, 2021, and showed us why it’s going to be an extremely controversial show. It didn’t hold back on the graphic imagery. Well, it didn’t even try to be subtle at any point during the episode. Anime, although censored, showed the entirety of the nonconsensual intercourse scene. The torture scenes were also mostly censored.
Episode 2 of Redo of Healer was all about showing us why Keyaru is longing for revenge so much. We saw how he was treated by Flare and what tortures he had to endure. He was constantly abused, drugged, and was forced to have intercourse with lots of people. No wonder he wanted to get his revenge so badly.
We already knew that the show would be about Keyaru getting back at all the people who did those terrible things to him and in the second episode we got to see how he changed his fate. After getting out of the dungeon he tortured Flare and almost everything had to be censored.
