Episode 9 of the “Remake Our Life” anime series finally premiered and Kyoya’s time leap into the future was something we never expected! Please make sure you have watched the episode before reading this spoiler-filled content.
In this episode, we get to meet the characters years after Kyoya enrolled in an art school. What’s more, there are new characters in the series that made a similar contact to Kyoya!
After finding out that he time-leaped once again, Kyoya finally got the gist of what happened and he’s now living with his cute wife, Shinoaki, and their adorable daughter Maki.
It’s still unbelievable for him to be married to Shinoaki, but Kyoya accepted it and was actually happy with his family around.
We also get to meet two new characters, namely Morishita Miki, a co-worker of Kyoya, and Minori Ayaka, a talented illustrator working as the character designer for the company Kyoya’s working for.
We also get to meet Kawasegawa who’s currently working at the same company as Kyoya. She asked for his assistance to persuade Minori-sensei in having the character designs by the desired schedule. Unfortunately, Minori-sensei lost her passion to draw as if she grew tired of it and there’s nothing more to draw.
Meanwhile, Kyoya suddenly noticed her unfinished work and praises it like how he used to adore Shinoaki’s work. It seems that people’s compliments can actually spark a light to the creative minds of artists.
But sadly, Shinoaki also hasn’t drawn anything for the past few years because of the same reason.
Kyoya’s life working for a game company turned out to be the best thing for him, not to mention having Shinoaki as his wife. But was it really a good thing?
Shinoaki literally stopped creating art, and Tsurayuki never got to wrote a novel after dropping out of school. What’s more, is that Nanako suddenly announced that she will be streaming her songs for the last time.
Surely, Kyoya’s life was different from his past one, but it still wasn’t what he wanted. He wanted to remake his life to create wonderful things with the Platinum Generation, with the whole Team Kitayama. But instead, he ended up stealing their dreams for his own.
What could happen in the future, now that things have turned out this way? Will Kyoya be able to remake his life once again?
