On the official website for Rent a Girlfriend (Kanojo, Okarishimasu), the preview images for episode 4 of the show’s season 2 have been released. There are more preview images from episode 16 of the anime on the official website. Studio TMS Entertainment is back animating the sequel, with Kazuomi Kog as director. Reiji Miyajima writes and draws the original manga. Kodansha publishes it in English, and they describe the story:
