Rent-A-Girlfriend Season 2 revealed a new teaser trailer and a teaser visual, along with July 2022 release date. Studio TMS Entertainment is animating the sequel to the highly popular anime.
Kazuomi Koga is directing the sequel, while Kanna Hirayama does character designs. Mitsutaka Hirota is overseeing the series composition. Hyadin is composing the music. The cast is reprising their roles for season 2:

Rent-A-Girlfriend is based on a manga series by Reiji Miyajima. The Rent-A-Girlfriend (Kanokari) manga started serialization Kodansha’s Weekly Shonen Magazine in 2017 and currently has 219 chapters, compiled into 24 volumes. Kodansha is also publishing the manga in English and describes the plot as:
