Upcoming Rusted Armors: Daybreak (Sabiiro no Āma: Reimei) anime will be available on Blu-ray for purchase on April 24, 2022, with reservations starting on December 11, 2021. The anime was first announced in June 2019, with Kigumi animating the series, under the direction of Shinmei Kawahara. The anime will air starting January 9, 2022.
The Blu-Ray purchase will include all 12 episodes, split into two volumes containing episodes 1-6 and 7-12 respectively. The edition will also contain exclusive video interviews featuring the cast of the project, as well as special video numbers from the project’s original 2.5 stage plays.

The product’s price is around ¥16,000 for Volume 1 and ¥14,000 for Volume 2. A limited set, listed at ¥39,800, will feature special programs about the timeline of the project, including the stage plays and the animation project.

Rusted Armors: Daybreak is also the second manga from the Rusted Armors mix-media project. It started serialization on Monthly Comic Gene in May 2021 and is still ongoing.

‘Rusted Armors’ is a Japanese mixed-media project that started off as 2.5D stage plays in 2017. The project also got a manga in January 2019 through Media Factory’s Monthly Comic Gene. The manga, which ran until October 2019, was compiled into 2 volumes.
