After its premiere back in January 2021 with cour 1, the Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation anime is about to end its season 1 with episode 23, which will be the finale of its 2nd cour. The anime was officially listed with a total of 23 episodes, and its 2nd cour was delayed from June to October 2021 due to the pandemic.
Our fans voted it as the best new anime of the season back in Winter. It’s also ranking well this season, and it has a chance of being the best anime overall of Fall. You can see one of the show’s very first key visuals below:

Seven Seas Entertainment licensed the light novel and manga in English, while Funimation streams the anime. They describe the story:

Chances for Mushoku Tensei Season 2 or Movie
With Studio Bind being founded mainly to produce Mushoku Tensei, and the quality the show received, it will come as no surprise if it gets more projects after the end of season 1. However, there has been no official confirmation about a sequel so far, and we can only look forward to news coming some time after the final episode of cour 1.
